Dramm Capillary Mats have lower saturation capacities than other capillary mats. Too often, mats with higher capacities don’t dry completely, causing them to become algae covered and promoting pathogen development in constantly wet media. Dramm Capillary Mats may require more than one watering per day as a result. However, they will dry between watering cycles, keeping them cleaner and promoting a more healthy root zone.
